No. The open-source version is the full product. There are no feature gates, no usage caps, and no time limits. You get unlimited test generation, auto-discovery, self-healing selectors, visual regression, and every browser engine we support.
Can I use my own LLM?+
Yes. Assrt supports Ollama for fully local, offline inference. You can also connect OpenAI, Anthropic, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Swap providers at any time with a single config change.
What happens if I stop paying for Cloud?+
Your tests still work. They are standard Playwright test files that run anywhere. You lose the hosted execution, dashboards, and team features, but your test suite remains fully functional on your own infrastructure.
Do you offer a free trial for Cloud?+
Yes. Every Cloud plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required upfront. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.
How does per-seat pricing work?+
Each developer who runs Assrt Cloud counts as a seat. CI/CD runners and build machines do not count. You only pay for humans who actively use the platform.
